They only way to kill the Jedi and Sith is to do these things:

1: Hop onto a speeder bike (NOT a STAP), and run 'em over (It works in a tank too, but not as effictive)

2: If the Sarlac in the Dune Sea level eats them

3: On a level like Bespin Platforms, throw a grenade, rocket (or just the plain laser fire from a space fighter), and blast them, so that they will fall off the side (and down down down....)
